From 2010, Melbourne Institute of Business and Technology (MIBT) will have two new diploma courses added to its Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds.
Diploma of Commerce (from March 2010) Diploma of Computing (from June 2010) These two diplomas provide local and international students with greater access to degrees from Deakin University. As Victoria's engineering hub, Geelong is seeing rapid growth and expansion in recent years. Especially with the Geelong Technology Precinct situated within the Deakin University Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds. Geelong, is a popular destination for international and local students and the addition of the new courses will open new opportunities for students to study MIBT's flagship Commerce and Computing diplomas in Geelong, on top of the Engineering and Science diploma courses.
